Statute of Limitations to dispute will

Is there a statute of limitations to dispute a will? If so, what is that limitation?

There ARE limitations on actions you can take to contest a will. However, a lot will depend on whether the will was probated, what actions were taken in relation to any property, etc.

It really will depend on the circumstances.
