Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Statute of Limitations

please give me some info. about the statue of lim.(years)

in which a law suit can be filed against an attorney if

he didnt allow the personal representative the right to

pursue other courses, which were in the will, such as mortgage, lease or hypothecate--the property.

How many years would the personal re. have to file suit and are there any extensions of those years?
