Statutory fees vs extraordinary fees

What is covered by the statutory fee on an Estate that can not be charged as extraordinary fees by the Estate's attorney and administrator?.

It may be easier to give some examples of extraordinary services:

1) Sale, lease, exchange, mortgage, or foreclosure of real estate;

2) Sales and leases;

3) Sale or mortgage of personal property;

4) Negotiation or litigation of claims against the estate;

5) Preparation of tax returns;

6) Carrying on decedent's business under court order.

There are others, but see California Probate Code sections 10801 and 10811 for more guidance.
