Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
i was subleased an apartment and now they evicted the person that leased the apartment to us saying is against the law . i have a 7 months old baby and i dont know what to do since am not in the lease to the apartment. what should i do?

Hae you tried to speak to the landlord and sign a lease between yourself and the landlord?
