successor trustee

my grandson is a trustee for our living trust who will supervise the task at hand? is it the court . please help

Noone. That is one of the charachteristics of a living trust is no court supervision unless someone finds a problem and brings it to the attention of the Court and seeks Court oversight.

No, the court will not supervise the administration of your estate. The whole reason for living trusts is to avoid court supervision, i.e. probate. If this is not what you intended you can name a co-trustee, revoke your trust and make a will, or amend your trust to name a different trustee.
