Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Successor Trustee made an error

I am the successor trustee of my moms Living Trust. I successfully transferred title of the house to all 8 heirs. Is it possible to put the title back to the Living Trust? I am suppose to sell the house first but made the error of transferring the title first. Now all heirs will have to pay federal and state taxes. Some of the heir do not even live in the USA. My information says it is possible to put it back to the living trust. How?
