Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

sue together?

4 siblings have been wronged in a trust. if we get an attorney to assist us, does it make more sense to do as a group of 4 or individually? it would be nice to split the attorney fee, but we may have more chance getting 20k than 80k. any comment?

If there is not conflict of interest among the siblings then one lawyer will do. Contact me directly.

Re: sue together?

Thats a tactical decision you must make on a case by case basis. It may not pay to have an attorney, though, for just $20,000.
