Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

How do I sue someone who stole my identity? How do I sue the lawyer that handled my parents estates when they died? I was left a very large amount of property and financial assets. The lawyer and his accomplice / girl friend stole everything and shot me and left me for dead. The theft also included music rights.

If what you allege is true, report the lawyer to the State Bar of California to have his license revoked; secondly, file a factual complaint with the district attorney in the county of the theft; third, obtain the service of a probate/litigation lawyer to examine the facts to determine if a lawsuit is in order against the lawyer for malpractice.
