Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

i AM SUING MY SISTER FOR FRAUD WHEN AS TRUSTEE SHE NEVER DISCLOSED TO ME THE EXISTENCE OF THE THREE TRUSTS CONTAINING 3 COASTAL PROPERTIES THAT WERE THE TRUST ASSETS, AMONG OTHER THINGS. MY SISTER FORGED MY NAME QUIT CLAIMING ME OUT OF THE TRUSTS AND BACK INTO MY GRANDMOTHER'S NAME. SHE FINALY APPEARED AFTER THREE SUMMONS AND NOW i THINK I AM GOING TO NEED A LAWYER BECAUSE SHE WILL DO ANYTHING TO MAKE ME LOOK BAD TO THE JUDGE. AFTER COURT SHE TOLD ME I JUST DON'T RECALL SITTING IN FRONT OF A NOTARY THREE TIMES IN A THREE MONTH WINDOW BEFORE AND AFTER MY DAD'S DEATH, RELEASING MY INTEREST IN THREE HOUSES LEFT TO MY SISTER AND I BY OUR GRANDMA that I had no idea i had interest in. WHO SHORTLY AFTER THE TRUSTS WERE WRITTEN she WAS DIAGNOSED WITH DEMENTIA. tHIS JUST DID NOT HAPPEN. i REMEMBER THE THREE TIMES IN MY LIFE i HAD REASON TO HAVE A document notarized and these were not those instances. I have another family member willing to support the fact that my grandma coulnt feed herself the years the truyst assets were depleted by my sister three her corporations and unrelated third parties who took over a 100K loan for a 300K home in 1993-now worth 900K. She has unjustly enriched her family and her own lives with the trust assets but the judge is getting frustrated with me I can tell.

Another lawyer might be able to address the other issues. I just want to let you know that when a property transfer is notarized, the notary public takes a fingerprint that he/she will keep in the signature book. You or your legal representative might ask the notary to provide you with a copy of "your" signature pages with the associated fingerprints to use as evidence that you did not sign those documents.
