what can i do if a testament has

been modified?

You do not tell us how it was modified, whether the matter is in probate, what your relationship to the matter is, was it by codicil, handwitten changes on the face of the Will, etc.

Not exactly sure what you are referring to. Do you mean a trust was modified or a will?

Generally the Settlor of a trust or the creator of a will has the right to change or modify the document during their lifetime, unless it is an irrevocable trust.
