Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
In Texas, I inherited property and assets from my brother in law who passed away without a spouse or children. and I want to know if I remarry before the probate court clears this up will I lose the in heritance. I live in california.

You'll need to ask this as a Texas question. Under California law whatever you inherit is your separate property, not community property, whether you acquire it before or after marriage and so long as you don't comingle it with community assets. But as for what impact a marriage would have on your inheritance in Texas, that's a Texas law question.
