Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Theme Park Liability

My 13 year old daughter slipped and fell during an unsupervised trip to a theme park. It was during a light rain, and she showed signs of concussion - dilated pupils, vision impairment, and hearing dificulties - though we found no signs of head trauma. Park First Aid transported her by ambulance to their First Aid station, and had us come pick her up. Her knee was cut, and her tailbone and back are still sore 3 days later.

If we do not get her examined, and her back pain doesn't go away, will we forfeit any rights to hold the park responsible?
