Title on my home

Can I rename my deed of trust from my and my wife name to a name like the M & H Family Trust. I want privacy when some one searches our home address.

You can transfer, with the lender's approval, title to another name, but you would alos have to rent a post office box for mail to be sent to, likely set up a corporation or trust and pay those fees, etc. Is it worth while for the privacy?
