Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I told my nephew that he can have my home when i die.he said that i signed my signature. can i leagaly change my mind. ?

It depends what you signed. If it was a will or a revocable trust, you can change your mind. But you have to do it in writing and do it right, so get a lawyer.
