Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I was told in the Probate Code there is a section(s) to read that have this meaning... "you can't demand a release to make a disbursement." Can you tell me more about this and where I can find it? I think it may be interpreted in combination with another code. Thank you very much.

I think you may need to provide some additional information. While it is true that you can not (generally) make a demand such as this. There are times that such a demand is proper. It all depends on the particular circumastances of your situation.
