transfer of ownership
My father passed and he left 2 seperate homes to me. I am the only trustee on the will. How do I go about transfering ownership into my name?

It depends on whether there was a trust or simply a will. If a will then you will need to open a probate in court.
If there is a trust then the appropriate declaration of the death of the trustee must be recorded.

There is no Trustee in a will. Call a lawyer and spring for an initial consultation. You are about to inherit two homes.
