truestees account

a attorney open a trustee account but my name was left off

and it is my money. what can i do

Not a problem. Just go to the lawyer and ask for a written statement that the lawyer has the certain amount of money which belongs to you or your family member or whatever. A lot of lawyers have attorney-client trust accounts into which they put money from different clients. It's fine as long as you get proof that they have the money and the account number and name and address of the bank.
