Trust Accounting

How do I go about getting trust account info? Why the trust is in different names now and Banks ?

This question is unintelligible as it does not provide sufficient information. What do you mean a trust account? There are bank accounts in the name of one person, "in trust for another", but these are not true trusts, rather will substitutes. The money belongs entirely to the depositor and the named beneficiary has no interest in any of the funds until the death of the depositor. Is that what you are talking about? And if so, what is the problem?
