What records are necessary for administration of a trust

At a minimum, you will need the trust document, the pour-over will, all records relating to real estate, bank accounts, security accounts, IRA and 401k accounts and other property owned by the trust at the time of death. Administering a trust can be complicated, so you should definitely get legal advice on how to best proceed.
