Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
Where is a Trust Agreement recorded? As the County Recorder contains copies of the original house deeds, etc. Where would I find a copy of the Trust Agreement?

The beauty of a trust is that it's usually private, and property can be transferred generally without public scrutiny. It generally is not recorded. You might be able to obtain a copy from the trustee.
