Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Trust

my aunt died ,she left my brother and her sister as execitors of the trust, me my four brothers and my aunts brother are suppose to be in the will, but no one will let us see the will or get a copy , so how are we suppose to know what we get and how are we suppose to know if the ones in charge are doing what the trust says to do, we all ready know that they are trying to give us little as possible or maybe nothing so how can we get a copy of the trust, their lawyer wont give us one, please tell me what to do

Get an attorney right away. That is the best advice I can give you. He or she will know what to do. The attorney should be well versed in probate/trust law as well as litigation in those areas. No one has a right to conceal the estate/beneficiaries/contents to relatives who may be part of that estate. Therefore you must act immediately before they do something with the assets which is illegal. The trustee is required to give you a copy of the trust if any portion of it becomes irrevocable. Furthermore, the will must be lodged with the superior court in the county in which your aunt resided at the time of her death.
