Trust A Trust B

Father willed me his home and belongings in home Trust A. Mother is deceased. Cannot Touch Trust B.

Father now has dementia. have him in safe place but renting out home. Gave a lot of furniture to my children. I wrote down everything.

Will I be contested with my brother and sister. Oh yes, Before my fathers dementia he did put restraing ordersagainst them as verbal and physical abuse. I am sure they will come after me as I am POA and want dad safe place.

to answer these questions the trust agreement must be reviewed and additional facts obtained. you should consult an attorney now regarding this issue and whether or not a conservatorship for your father may be advisable.

Your question is not clear, but you should hire legal counsel to direct you. Payment is properly made from your Dad's assets.
