Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
I have a trust in Ca and want to change the beneficiary or trustee if I pass away. I It says on my trust document all amendments, notices must be in a signed writing delivered to the trustee. Is my changing the trust document to the new trustee enough, or do I have to provide an additional document stating my intention to amend the prior trust.

don't write on the original Trust. The amendment should be a separate document. The delivery part if not a problem since you are the trustor and trustee.
