What exactly is the change you want to make? Is it your trust or someone else's? If it is your trust you either need to make an amendment to the trust or essentially create a new trust. Contact an attorney who handles estate planning and they can help you.

this depends upon whether the trust is revocable or irrevocable and the specific provisions of the trust instrument.
