trust

how can i get a copy of my grandfathers trust? The one who has it will not give it up and is taking all the money for themselves saying that is what is in the trust.

Is your grandfather still alive? If not, then you should demand (in writing) a copy from the trustee, who is obligated to provide it to you. If they will not, then you will have to initiate a court action to compel them to do so.
