Trust and divorce
My father died in April. He and my stepmother created a trust. They then were divorced in September of 2006. My step mother who was the executor of the trust thinks she is entitled to the entire estate. Is she correct?

You must look at what the Trust documents state. You have provided no information on which anyone can give an answer.

The terms of the trust are going to be rather important. Therefore, you should get a copy of the trust and have it reviewed by an attorney to see what happens upon divorce, etc.
