A trust donation

The trustee of my deceived mother's Trust made a $10,000.00 donation to a charity. There was no mention of this donation in the trust. Am I responsible for half that donation being a 50% beneficiary of the Trust?

If the trustee didn't have authority to make the gift, the trustee needs to return that money to the trust.
