Re: Trust.

You demand an accounting, and when that does not come or comes with insufficient information, you would file a civil complaint for breach of fiduciary duties and/or negligence. In some cases, you may also be able to sue for embezzlement or fraud.

Re: Trust.

Food for thought: It's one thing to file suit against a trustee; it's another to win. This is not something to undertake on your own. Consult with a lawyer who litigates in this field, discuss your concerns and share information with that person, who can then recommend the best way to proceed.

Re: Trust.

It depends on the grounds that you want to file. If it is for an accounting, there is one process. If it is for improper use of the trust funds, there is another procedure.
