I want to know where I could obtain a copy of my grandmothers will because she left a relative in charge of my inheritance and I'm trying to get a loan. How do I go about this without having to go through my relative?

it is not clear whether your inheritance is in trust or was to pass by will. in the case of a will, a probate proceeding should have ensued in the county in which your grandmother died. the documents will be on file with the superior court clerk (probate department).
otherwise, you should request in writing a copy of whatever document you believe was effective, from the trustee or the executor.
if your relative does not respond, you will need to retain an attorney to advise you as to possible actions.
