Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

trust

grandmother died a year ago i was notified that she died 8 months later i got a letter saying i was in a living trust and when my grandfather died i would be notified. Well a month ago my grandfather passed away and i think my uncle has 60 days to notify me of what was in the trust but he told my dad that he was going to wait a year before he was going to do anything. Today he called me and told me he bought a $10,000 motorcycle. The funny thing is that he hasen't worked for years, I DON'T TRUST HIM what should i do?

Have him removed as trustee for failing to act. He doesn't get to decide when the trust gets administered. If he bought the motorcycle with trust funds, then he needs to be surcharged.
