I went to mediation to mediate a trust vs going to court. There was an agreement.
It was signed by the court..............
Q- Can this be arbitrarily changed months afterwords?...............
How legal is mediation?.............

It really depends on if it was binding or not. If this was signed by the Court, however, it sounds like it was binding and there are very few allowable reasons to challenge it.
