can a son whois trustee of Mothers trust and has 4 siblings who are all benificiarys on mothers trust and the trust is mothers home as trustee can the Son put his wifes name on the family trust grant deed

giving his wife 1% of the mothers trust home

I assume you are asking this question in the context of settling your mom's estate after her death. If the trust requires that the house to each of her children in equal shares, that would mean the trustee could deed the real estate to each of the children, 20% to each as tenants in common. If he wanted to give his wife 1%, he can, but only out of his own share.
