I have been with my boyfriend for about 19yrs and we have a house together if anything were to happen to him can he leave me with nothing without my consent or give everything to his doughter which are all over age?

You wouldn't even get to bury him.
Marry him or get him to make a will.

What does "we have a house together" mean? Is your name on title?
If not, then any arrangement you have needs to be written down on paper, with his signature on it. Sometime you can win if there is an oral agreement, and there is evidence proving there was an agreement, i.e. he told everyone at the pool party that he was taking care of you for life and "everything that belongs to me belongs to her". Still, oral contracts are very hard to prove. Many have lost, including Lee Marvin's wife.
