What does a trustee need to do to amend the beneficiary's name on a Irrevocable Trust due to a court order amended name in Calif.?

An irrevocable trust cannot be amended without a court order, generally. If a beneficiary's name has been changed, you do not need to change the trust. If a problem arises in the future regarding the name being different in the trust, then you can produce the name change order.
