Trustee Excessive Compensation
Can Trustee Charge $125.00 per hour in addition to his monthly fixed fee of $4,200.00 to attend court defending trust assets?

If the trust does not specify compensation, trustees are entitled to reasonable compensation - generally 1% per annum of the principal trust balance. So, you would be talking about a trust in the neighborhood of $5million.
