Trustee hired attorney,who pays for it?

my brother is trustee of our fathers living trust.dad died a year ago.his estate is to be divided equally between us six adult children,but this week he sent us all checks for different amounts.two sisters got 5 & 10 thousand dollars less.the trust states equal amounts.also he has hired an attorney because he says he doesn't want any grandchildren to come after the estate.who pays for the attorney?the trustee or does it come out of our inheritence?i don't have the means to get a lawyer.what form do i send him requesting A.a copy of the trust doc.

B.an accounting of the trust account.?

the cost of the trustee's attorney is paid from the assets of the trust. there is no specific form to request a copy of the trust or an accounting. usually a letter is sent to the trustee.

if any beneficiary needs to contest any of these issues, or the trustee does not timely provide information or an accounting, a petition can be filed with the probate court.
