Trustees Criminal Background

Is it not enough to disqualify a trustee when a background check finds 3 forgery1 convictions, burglary, failures to appear, receipt of stolen property, and manufacturing/delivery of controlled

substance? These allegations are certified by the courts. But forgetting all of the other mistakes she has made (not reurning one call

to me - she lives out of state) isn't the above list enough to remove her?

Each case is different, but it sounds like there are more than enough reasons here to remove this out of state trustee.
