Will a trust protect my real estate from personal claims against me? If not, should I incorporate. Can the corporation be transferred to the trust?

Re: Trusts and/or Corporation

a revocable trust will not protect you. using an irrevocable trust involves giving up ownership of your assets. an llc may be preferable to a corporation for real estate holdings. you should retain an attorney experienced with asset protection planning and implementation.
