In a nutshell, forms are only as good as your overall understanding of them. If you want to ensure that these legal instruments are done correctly, it is definitely in your best interest to retain an attorney to assist you in these matters. Re: trusts & LLCs

Using online forms presuppose you know which forms to use, which in turn requires an understanding of your personal, legal and tax objectives and various techniques to attain these objectives. It requires competent legal assistance to do such a task. The reorganization into an LLC may be for creditor protection, but to minimize estate tax, family limited partnerships or sale to a grantor retained annuity trust may be used. The term "living trust" is broad, and when business interests are involved, there's no such a thing as a one-size-fits-all living trust. Please call or email to discuss further.
