How do your request a copy of the trust after someome is deceased

Ask the trustee. If you're named in the trust, the trustee is suppose to send a copy of the trust with a notice of intent to administer. If you need help and the trustee lives in southern california, call my office.

You request a copy of the trust and any of its amendments by writing to the trustee.

If they will not provide it to you, you should consult with an attorney without delay for assistance.
