Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My uncle in california has an irrevocable trust and pour over will. I get updates through the mail about his trust. Does that mean Im a benificary?

Maybe. I don't know what other reason you would get updates, unless you are named as a trustee, in which case updates would be very valuable. Also, updates could be used as future evidence to show the deceased person's intent in the case of a contest regarding the trust provisions.
