unlawful selling of property

my father sold my house,car,furniture approximately four years ago and stated that he had put it into aCD account. The money was supposedly invested and lost without my knowledge.

You'd most likely have a claim against your father, which you should pursue (if he has or will have assets to pay you your loss) before any statutes of limitation expire.
