untrustworthy executor

hi, i am a heir at law.the executor

of the testament, who is also a heir

has falsified the content,the names

of heirs etc.he admitted that when

he got nervous,but i cannot proove

it.what can i do?

If the creator of the instrument is still alive, there is not a lot you can do.

Is this a trust or a will? It sounds like the person who created the instrument is still alive, is this correct? If so, then they can make changes, unless it is an irrevocable instrument.

I must add, however, that from what you wrote I can only surmise that there is a trust and the Settlor (the creator) is also a beneficiary, which is a little odd in itself. Smells of an attempt to evade taxes to me.
