my aunts live in partner just

passed away,they been living together for 15 years,but were not married.and he did not leave her anything in his will.is she entitle to anything.he hass a condo worth

about 400,000 and 200,000 in the bank.puls a pension.

Attorney Torrey is correct. There are no marital rights, as you stated, they were not married. There could have been promises exchanged to 'care for' one another or similar, that would give rise to the type of possible recovery referred to by Atty Torrey.
