Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Validity of Will

On my father's will (deceased 3 months ago)it states that he has four children, although technically he had 2 biological children (from first marriage) and 2 stepchildren, the stepchildren, which were from his second marriage, he never intended on adopting. Would this be considered a false statement and give standing to challenge the validity of the will?

Re: Validity of Will

Probably not, but I would need to review the entire will.
