waiver of a notice
why does the executor of the will wants me to sign a waiver of a notice? i am the brother of the decedent but i am not in the will as a heir. i dont have any right of inheritance...

As a brother of the decedent in California, you could be a beneficiary if other bequests fail that are specific or ahead of you in order in the will.
