going away for a weekend - need temp will

my husband and i are going away for the weekend, and we need to set up a

last-minute will. we have 2 children under 3 yrs. old. my husband will

eventually own a s-corporation. our assets are house, 2 cars, and retirement

funds.

which one would you recommend? the one for married couples w/ minor

children? do we need a durable power of attorney also? which one? any other

forms you recommend? preferable ones that don't need to be notarized

because we're short on time. ones with witnesses are better.
