WIfe Died Left Estate to Sisters
My Aunt and Uncle were Married over 30 Years My uncle was a simple man who worked in a warehouse. over the years he and my Aunt who held part time jobs most her life aquired a small savings about $30K a House and a cabin. My uncle was forced into retirement recently and my aunt of over 60 passed away of Heart Failure. My poor uncle was recently served a will by her sisters in Michigan dated 1995 by my Aunt,leaving any thing that was hers to them. and leaving the $25K insurance policy he provided to her to him. He used it to bury her. Can they Take his Home and Savings?

No, he is entitled to his share of community property. he should see a lawyer now.
