Your question is unintelligible. A will has no effect until the death of the maker of the will. If her brothers own the house it must have been from some other transfer. You can find out by checking at the county recorder's office and look to see who is the record owner of the house. When you have more information you may want to call one of us to discuss the matter.

You have to calm down and ask a question that we can understand. Use periods! One obviously can not gain any proprty via a Will until the person has died, so what you have told us thus far makes no sense. What do your attorneys tell you? If you ask us a specific question we can try to give you an answer but we can not read your mind and guess your thoughts.
