Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Wife separated from deceased.

My wife left me and moved from L.A. to Nevada when she learned I had contracted leukemia. She took the community property. She had a boyfriend for 16 years and told him she loved him. Before he died he admitted to sex with her. Can I exclude her from my will?

Sorry to hear about your many troubles. Yes, you may exclude anyone from your will, even a spouse, but please make sure it is done correctly - you would have to follow all the rules, and make it very clear you intend to disinherit your spouse.
